Q1. Does EBE offer training courses for its product?
We design and manufacture BelloCell and TideCell systems for cultivation of eukaryotic cells, at both bench-top and industry scale. All BelloCell and TideCell systems are delivered ready-to-use with complete FAT, installation, and SAT. The training course at the customer site will enable them to rapidly acquire the skills they need to set up and operate the equipment. In addition to the basic training, EBE offers advanced courses which may cover topics such as preventive maintenance, inoculation/cell culture and sampling techniques, harvesting and primary product recovery.

Q5. Does EBE provide product warranty?
Yes. We provide one year warranty for TideCell system from the completion day of SAT against defects in material and workmanship. Excluded are consumables such as quick connectors, tubing, and cables.
We also provide preventive maintenance to minimize potential risks during operation and processes.
Q6. What would be the capabilities of the distributors for successful promotion of EBE products to
1. Enough knowledge on cGMP cell culture, virus production and biologics production. The salesman is better to have the basic cell culture knowledge and we will also provide training materials to support the sales activities.
2. Be willing to share with us the customer’s information and allow us to do technical support at the early phase until the distributor learn the related techniques and knowledge and could move on by their own. This usually will take years until the distributor accumulates successful cases.
3. Provide prompt and good after-service especially if the customers are from the biopharmaceutical manufacture department.
4. Participate in the exhibition at least twice a year to demonstrate our products and find the new leads.
